What is SMART

Sports Medicine Athlete Rehabilitation and Training is the combination of world-class sports medicine, rehabilitation, and performance expertise designed for the Elite Athlete or Sporting Organization. Scott Epsley and Megan Poll have over 40 years’ combined high-level experience in Sports Rehabilitation and Performance.

Scott is an Australian trained Sports Physical Therapist who has worked in professional sports for over 25 years. He has worked for and consulted with teams in the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, International Football, NWSL, and Olympic sports.

Megan is an American trained Performance Physical Therapist who has spent over 15 years working in professional sport, professional ballet, and NCAA Division I sport.

Scott and Megan began their journey together in elite sports medicine at Georgetown University. Over the past 15 years they have collaborated together in the NBA, NFL, NWSL, and professional ballet companies providing high level care to Athletes.

We offer elite Sports Medicine and Performance consultations for injury and on-going athlete care. Our services include 1 on 1 treatment, individualized rehabilitation and recovery programing, and utilization of performance tools to optimize your results
No, while SMART does work with elite athletes and professional sports teams, everyday athletes can benefit from what we do.
Yes, we often have many athletes travel to see us for evaluations, performance testing, treatment blocks, and follow up sessions.
We do provide off-site consultation, rehabilitation programming, and return to sport plans.
We do travel to athletes and/or teams to provide our services as well

In person consultations are a cash fee of $250.00.
Additional fees apply to development of extended rehab programming and virtual consults in-between sessions or treatment blocks.
